Our goal at Flights of Fancy is to work with you our customers to give you exactly what you desire.  We are open to any suggestions that do no compromise the safety and health of our doves.

 We  will do our best to give you a professional planned release.  Because we are dealing with live animals   there is the rare chance that things may not go as planned.  We  are always  diligent in our approach and planning.

We will provide healthy, clean, gentle and well cared for birds.

We will provide a  trained, properly attired professional to coordinate your release.

We will work with the photographer to help you achieve the best photo opportunity possible.

We will not release our birds in severe weather,  dangerous situations, or too late in the day for  their safe return home.

We will not ship our birds  for self releases.

 RESERVATION POLICY

At the time of your reservation we require a $100 deposit, with the balance to be paid in full no later than one week prior to the release date.  The $100 reservation deposit is non-refundable , and must be made to secure your date.

Should inclement weather  suddenly prevent the release you will receive a refund minus $35 for travel.  This decision is ours exclusively.  Weather conditions that make it difficult for the birds to fly may include but are not limited to  rain, thunderstorms, strong wind and fog.

 In the process of coordinating your release with your event we will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the planned release time.  If the release  time is delayed we charge an additional $25 per 30 minute delay.
